The Research &Evaluation Assistant will work with and report to the Research & Evaluation Associate to provide technical assistance for activities related to the program. The R&E Assistant’s responsibilities include overall R&E support for the Ghana country program, support for evaluation and monitoring of specific program activities; support for analysis and dissemination of results to both Ipas staff and external audiences; support for research project design and implementation.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
•1+ years relevant work experience, including design and implementation of reproductive health research projects, especially in developing countries;
•Commitment to improve global reproductive health.
•Demonstrate computer experience; proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, Presentation software, and email.
