DUTIES
Assists with the design, build up, maintenance and management of Data Centres.
Provides first and second level support for all our clients.
Monitors the performance of systems
Creates a comprehensive report on all systems.
Liaises with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent certification
Minimum 3 years experience working Data Centre
Must hold a valid MCSE certification
TECHNICAL
Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012, Red Hat enterprise server, Linux Centos
Storage – EMC, Netapp, including inter-site replication
Virtualization solutions e.g. VMware Vsphere
Backup Solutions
MANAGERIAL
Ability to design, build up, maintenance and maintain work processes
PERSONALITY
Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels
