• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department;
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy;
• To meet deadlines.
• Recruiter main responsibility will be to hire sales managers from FX/import-export area who will join our team (main requirements are 5+ years experience within sales / business development / account management; strong relationships / client base within import/export, foreign exchange and financial services.
Main task of sales managers will be to prospect new partners (importers, fx business) in Ghana in order to sign cooperation agreement with them)
• 5+ years experience within Human Resources/Recruitment/Talent Management in financial services/ foreign exchange /import-export area;
• Bachelors Degree;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
