Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the office is clean and tidy at all times.
• Be the first point of contact for all persons visiting the office.
• Greet and receive visitors to the office in a respectful and professional manner.
• Understand the business and able to explain to others especially clients.
• Assist post jobs online.
• Assist with all training events.
• Assist with collection of cash payments for services and issue receipts.
• Assist record all payments into appropriate cashbooks.
• Assist maintain excellent business relationships with clients and all government entities.
• Assist with marketing the company in-person and using online advertisement/marketing tools.
• Do follow ups on prospective clients from time to time.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of a Senior High School Certificate.
• Microsoft Office savvy.
• Friendly and Bubbly demeanor.
• Customer Care oriented.
• Go-getter attitude.
• Results oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be resident at Spintex or any of its surrounding environs.
