Customer Service Associates

Receiving, directing and attending to customers
Prospecting customers as they select frames, lenses, accessories and/or seek information
Receive and interpret prescriptions and quote costs in accordance with established rates, rules, regulations and procedures
Conduct follow up processes related to orders and purchases for customers
Work as a team member at assigned branches to assist other members and customers with the above processes
Maintain our standards of customer service and work ethic as per the orientation manual
Abide by the employee handbook to include handouts

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

Must possess good interpersonal skills
Must possess good listening skills, attentiveness is key
Must have high tolerance and patience
Must naturally have a positive countenance and have the ability to use positive language (positive body language and friendly)
Must possess clear communication skills
Good handwriting and writing skills
Must be willing to learn
Must be efficient and have a sense of urgency
Must have persuasive skills
Ability to think through challenging situations
