Stenographer Secretary


Provides effective and efficient secretarial service
Coordinates the work schedules of the supervisor and manage office daily
Facilitates the organisation of meetings
Maintains efficient confidential registry
Receives, screen and transfer telephone enquiries
Receives visitors / clients
Operates the photocopier and fax machines
Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

A minimum of HND / University Diploma in Secretarial and Management or related field from an accredited institution
Must have completed 1 year National Service
