Administrative and Protocol Officer

Reports To:
Functionally to the Managing Director and Administratively to the Head of HR & Administration.

Job Summary:
Handle Protocol duties including print media on behalf of the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:
Plan and orchestrate V.I.P visits, ceremonies, meetings and special events.
Provide administrative and research support for senior leadership which includes maintaining records and filing of important reference documents of high confidentiality.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Journalism/Public Relations or Marketing
A minimum of three years relevant experience
Communication skills (both oral and writing)
Analytical skills
IT skills
Must have sound knowledge in Photojournalism
Interpersonal skills
