The Supervising task expected of the Position holder
Receives incoming calls to the main board and redirects to individual concerned
Receives and directs clients/customers and visitors for staff
Receives messages from visitors for staff
Receives letters and other documents from outsiders for onwards transmission to concerned staff and departments
Makes calls on behalf of staff
Keeps record of calls made
Reports telephone faults for rectification
Book appointment for management staff
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

Education, Training and Experience
A minimum of diploma on Office Management or Professional Training in Customer Service Management equivalent to diploma plus 3-4 years hands-on experience as a receptionist in ISP or Telecommunication industry.

Required knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of customer relationships techniques
Verbal and listening skills
Ability to operate the switchboard
Ability to take initiative
Ability to cope with time and people pressure
Ability to pleasantly relate to staff and customers during person –to-person contact
