Our client, an international manufacturing company is currently looking for a highly efficient and proactive HR Assistant to help with their operations.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will maintain personnel files and personnel administrative issues (i.e. attendance, insurance and medical, etc.), assist in dealing with employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining employee records by designing a filing and retrieval system and also updating any status change.
• Provide clerical support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Assist in planning meeting and take detailed minutes.
• Welcome and prepare new employees for assignments and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Update disciplinary records.
• Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
• Keep all leave and sick records of all employees up to date.
• Arrange pay out to the beneficiaries/dependents of deceased employees.
• Monthly update of staff list.
• Assist in resolving employee grievances and respond to requests and inquiries from employees and line management effectively and timeously.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
• Respond to requests and inquiries from employees and line management effectively and timeously.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your supervisor.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bsc. in Business Administration, Human Resources or its equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in playing similar role.

REQUIREMENT
• Technological competent.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Excellent Communication skills (written/verbal).
• Knowledge of labor law compliance issues and practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
• Deliver quality customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
