Administrative Assistant

National Board for Small Scale Industries

To provide operational support in the administration and management of resources for the effective delivery of services.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide support for the management of the registry
Provide inputs for the formulation and execution of procedures for the effective management of records
Keep a register and regularly take inventory of all files and documents in the registry
Provide accurate records on the movement of files at the registry
Receive and dispatch correspondences

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position must have:

Degree/HND from a recognsied Tertiary Institution in Public Administration or related field
Must have completed 1 year National Service
Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the board in collaboration with Public Service Commission

Competencies

Good analytical and report wiring skills
Proficiency in Computer application suites
Good communication and interpersonal skills
