Senior Administrative Assistant

National Board for Small Scale Industries

To provide operational support in the administration and management of resources for the effective delivery of services.

Duties and Responsibilities

Collate and submit Annual Performance Appraisal reports of sub-professional staff of the board
Assist in the effective and efficient management of the registry
Provide inputs for the formulation and execution of procedures for the effective management of records
Provide inputs for the periodic review of condition of service and job descriptions for the junior staff
Provide support in the processing and administration of wages, salaries and other condition of service of staff
Process application for leave and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports on leave

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

Degree/HND from an accredited tertiary institution is any of the following fields: Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences or relevant field
A minimum of 4 years of post qualification relevant work experience in a reputable organization
Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the board in collaboration with public services commission.
