Core responsibility is to work closely with Shop Manager to ensure uniformity of AirtelTigo Retail CEX guidelines
Participate in all trainings and personal development exercises
Engage in all team briefing and coaching programs to enhance service delivery in the shop
Ensure healthy acquisitions and compliance on activations.
Responsible for driving enhanced customer experience in the shop
Enforce adherence to all customer service procedures and processes.
Ensuring that all customers queries and complaints are resolved as per SLA's.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications
