A reputable company seeks Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

Must have at least four years experience in Customer Service Management and Administrative role is required.

Minimum of First Degree in Business Administration, Pschology and any related program/course.

Must be able to

work under pressure

Maintain and update company databases

Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Answer queries by clients and welcoming visitors

Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

Communicate company’s product to client

Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of First Degree in Business Administration, Pschology and any other related program/course.
