Develop & improve new / current business opportunities by executing daily, weekly & monthly business plans and implement growth strategies. Ultimately, to increase profit and retain loyal clients.
• Focus on offering a strong value sales proposition in order to gain considerable market share.
• Understand the market competition and create a sales & marketing strategy that overtakes a bigger share.
• Making contact with prospective, current and former clients to identify business opportunities for products and services.
• Plan, direct and monitor the activities of sales & marketing department, oversee the analysis of sales data and information.
• Oversee the preparation of reports, provide recommendations to senior management, respond to customer complaints, negotiate large contracts, maintain existing accounts and generate new accounts, Interact and communicate with corporate clients.
• Coordinating with other Division Managers to identify services and customer needs to be able to deliver the required service.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.
• Consolidate monthly results & compare to set targets.
• Prepare action plans by each Sales & Marketing Executive as well as by team for effective search of sales & marketing guidance and prospects.
• To set and agree sales targets for other sales team.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales & Marketing Executives.
• Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales & Marketing Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Executive’s sales & marketing activity performance.
• Do market research to figure out the market requirements for the existing and future services of the company
• Put into practice marketing plans for current & new services and manage the efficiency of the marketing plans in the company.
• Watch over, review and do a report on all of the company’s marketing activities and the results of these activities.
• Compose and manage the Sales & Marketing budget of the company and develop the strategies for prices
• Increase the market visibility of the company and identify new potential markets.
• Managing all aspects of a company’s advertising, marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the Sales & Marketing team.
