Business Performance Manager


Support top management decision making by providing enhanced business tracking and insightful analytics: Promote an analytic-driven culture across companies coupled with the development and implementation of business performance analysis tools, dashboards, and scorecards.

Prepare customized deep-dive analyses on an ad-hoc basis depending on the need of the organization. Proactively provide strategic insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders testing hypotheses on how to drive business growth and mitigate risks.

Maintain overall control of work-flow and assigned subordinate responsibilities within the team.

Oversee the progress of major projects and provide assistance, where necessary, to assure timely completion of projects.

Developing action plans for achieving and measuring performance campaign success, including determining key metrics, processes for measurement and optimization

Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, develop the business case, define future state, and drive the subsequent implementation and execution.

Data Analytics: Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze data related to gaining operational efficiencies. Create actionable outputs that will enable confident decision making. Prepare reports of findings, visualize data sets and translate complex findings into a concise story.

Impact Assessment: Identify initiative impacts to Business Operations and work with company heads to establish a support and/or mitigation plan for the impacts.

Proactively manage, coach, and develop the team ensuring career challenges that produce future leaders. Build and maintain a diverse team with the ability to display leadership courage in addressing difficult situations. Establish operational policies and procedures for the team.

Direct the development and implementation of company goals to ensure alignment with company growth objectives ensuring quality delivery expectations are achieved.

Foster a partnership relationship with companies across the group
Communication: Drive self and team communication to all stakeholder types on all team activities, including project status, impacts assessments, and system roadmaps including defect resolution.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

Masters will be preferred

Professional certification in relevant field

Green or Black belt six sigma certified. Experience:

Minimum 8 years relevant experience with 3 years of management experience. Excellent management skills and the ability to promote a team environment are essential.

At least 3 years’ experience with process improvement.

Experience with project management methodologies and implementation.

Experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, etc.) required. Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented, multitask, team environment in which strong attention to detail is expected.

High Level of Statistical, Modeling & Forecasting Knowledge

Superb communication, follow up, facilitation and customer service skills.

Highly motivated individual.

Team-focused, with a proven track record of coaching and developing a team for the purpose of building bench strength.

Customer-focused attitude.

Demonstrated experience in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating complex team efforts.

Demonstrated ability to develop creative ideas for solving issues and track record for execution.

Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and immediately apply to operations.
