Job Description
Location: Accra
Our client, a manufacturing and trading Company is looking for a well-organized and a proactive Business Operations Coordinator to help with their operations in Ghana.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will liaise with institutions in Ghana to ensure that the organisations operations are regularized with the relevant organisations and ensuring that the companyís entry into Ghana is seamless.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES
Responsible for company registrations (GRA, SSNIT, GIPC etc.)
Reconcile monthly operating budgets and share updated financial reports with the senior management team
Maintain client relations and perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, answering phones and managing office supplies and inventory.
Receive colleagues from abroad, ensure their stay is comfortable, take them round.
Provide accurate reports to the head office
Make contacts with the relevant institutions and ensure that the organization is registered with them.
Manage finances of the organization and provide accurate accounts on funds used.
Complete business transactions on behalf of the organization.
Create reports and track progress of projects
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.

Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelorís Degree in Accounting/ Finance, Business Administration
3-5 years of operational experience or similar position
Good financial background is an added advantage
REQUIREMENT
Must have experience with a startup company
Must be very Sharp
Must be able to analyze and grasp figures easily
Must be very well versed in the Ghanaian terrain.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Must be diplomatic and have polite customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must be trustworthy and ethical
