Human Resource Assistant


Help the administrative and financial responsible with the HR tasks (recruitment, employee’s administrative management, salaries…)

Major tasks

In association with the administrative and financial responsible you will have to :

Participate to the recruitment process (from the need to the interview, you will have to proceed to the application archiving…),

Organise the administrative management of the employees (personal file, labour contract, employee’s movements, employee’s vacation, labour incidents, social insurance…),

Payroll management (salary entry, calculation rules, vacation, compensation, salary report…),

Participate to other HR tasks (disciplinary sanction, HR strategy…).

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

5 years’ experience.

Knowledge / know how


Administrative management.

Well organised,





Others (language, informatics...)

Fluent English.

Open Office Pack.
