To answer phones and receive visitors

To route calls to specific people.

To answer enquiries about company.

To schedule meetings

Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.

Arrange all official appointments.

To manage staff leave processes

Perform basic filing, and clerical duties.

Take and relay messages.

Update appointment calendars.

To schedule follow-up appointments

Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and security services

Booking transport and organizing conferences and company events

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

A minimum of Bachelorís Degree or its equilavant.

Basic Computer skills.

A minimum of 2 years work experience
