1. Receive all accurate information vital to effect deliveries

2. Coordinate effectively with operations to ensure timely delivery of items

3. Document all client information

4. Accurately address client complaints on deliveries

5. Complete call logs

6. Document all call information according to company accepted procedures

7. Route calls to appropriate resource when necessary

8. Identify and escalate priority issues

9. Update existing client information

10. Enter new client information into the system

11. Provide clients with service information

12. Provide clients with service information

13. Produce call reports weekly

14. Any other tasks assigned
