Office & Personnel Manager

The Office & Personnel Manager (OPM) shall set up appropriate structures, organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the Main One Cote d’Ivoire office. The OPM shall therefore coordinate all the internal operations activities within the office as well as provide timely and effective support to other functions in order to ensure they achieve their respective objectives. The OPM shall be the custodian of Main One’s policies and shall ensure they are complied with and implemented as stated, within the company’s Cote d’Ivoire operations.

Other responsibilities include:

Office Administration, Procurement & Management
Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment;
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
Design filing systems as well as procedures for maintaining records and ensure all systems are up to date.
Assign and regulate clerical and secretarial functions to support staff within the office
Manage the workload of support staff and other direct reports
Ensure health safety policies are being adhered to and where necessary provide input.
Handle employee complaints and inquiries.

Human Resource Management
Ensure the relevant HR policies are communicated to all staff.
Provide advice and support in the selection, recruitment and induction process for new hires into the Cote d’Ivoire Office - advertisements, testing, job descriptions, interviewing, and recruitment reports.
Manage the performance appraisal and training process for the Cote d’Ivoire office.
Establish and maintain personnel records and applicants’ records on an ongoing basis and ensure they are secure.

Financial Operations Support
Oversee the implementation of the operational cash of the office.
Oversee the disbursement of payments to employees and all 3rd parties.
Record Office expenditure and remit record to the Finance department.
Prepare supporting documents for financial transactions.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least seven (7) years of relevant experience.
