Front Desk Executive


As a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive you are responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties, including greeting/welcoming guests, answering & making of calls, handling Company inquiries/complaints.

Performance Areas:

Answer phone calls and operate switch Board

Route calls to specific people

Answer inquiries about the Company

Respond to customer complaints and offer immediate assistance,

Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable,

Receive and Dispatch mails/parcels

Perform basic book keeping, data entry, filing and clerical duties

Assist in follow up calls on customers and applicants coming for interview

Send emails and faxes

Ensure reception area is tidy

Any related duties assigned from time to time

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or HND in Management Studies.

• Must be aged 20 to 25 years

• At least 2 or 3 years practical

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French will be an added advantage

•Must have hands on experience working in this position

• Professional Certificate in Customer service or Business communication shall be an added advantage

• Computer literacy in MS Word, Advanced Excel and Outlook
