Benefits Advisor

NBC Ghana Trust

Assist in marketing and enrolment of scheme members
Compile member regulatory records
Coordinate Trustee meetings
Advise members on rules and benefits in the retirement scheme
Coordinate claims and Benefits settlement.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3years work experience
Experience in customer service skills will be an advantage
Knowledge of Pensions and retirement schemes is an advantage
Proficiency in spreadsheets and Database administration will be required
Minimum of first degree in Social Science, Business related subject or Humanities
