Assistant Fund Administrator

NBC Ghana Trust

Assists in compilation of membership data and provide feedback for action if necessary.
Maintain effective relationship with clients and external service providers
Ensure integrity of data on Fund Members.
Provide support to various departments, e.g. Fund Administration, Advisory & Consulting, Actuarial, and Trustee Relations on scheme members.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Fund rules
Reconciliation of member contributions to Employer records.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

Knowledge in Database administration with proficiency in spreadsheet application is required.
Minimum of 2 years work experience.
Knowledge of Trust administration will be an advantage.
Minimum of first degree in Computer Science, Social Sciences and Humanities.
