Personal Assistant

Ghana Stock Exchange

Manage and co-ordinate daily activities of the CEO's office including scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments
Managing the CEO' schedule and resolving diary clashes
Communicating directly to key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, correspondence and taking appropriate action
Maintaining an accurate filing system
Composing correspondences, reports and presentations
Any other related assignment that may be given from time to time

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

A good higher National Diploma or first degree in business from a recognised educational institution
Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience with at least 2 years as a personal assistant.

Skills and Attributes

The following skills and attributes are also required of the applicant:

Superb organizational ability
Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good computer literacy including word, excel, power point and other presentation software
Good typing skills and high proficiency in the English language. Spoken French will be an advantage
Ability to use office equipment including scanner, photocopier and presentation equipment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
