Handling telephone and email request
Receive enquiries and redirect them to the appropriate department for necessary action
Receive customer complaints and forward to appropriate authority
Conduct customer survey
Update customers on the status of their orders
Tracking measurement requests

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelorís Degree in Admin or any related field
At least 3 years relevant experience
Must speak fluent English and at least two local languages
