IT Support Officer

Your essential duties and responsibilities include the following;

Installing and configuring computer systems (both hardware and software), networks, copy machines, fax, etc
Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults for both Avery Scott and its clients in a timely manner
Keeping an accurate log of client queries
Keeping track of call logs per client to facilitate monthly billing
Undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades and maintaining equipment in functioning condition at all times. These include Printers, Copy Machines, Projector, PolyCom Conference phone, Televisions, Computers and Laptops of both the facility and the clients
Repairing equipment and replacing parts as and when necessary
Ensure that supplies for equipment (eg; printer toner, etc) are stocked
Ensure that cameras are in working condition
Assist secretary to operate equipment safely and man her station while she is on break

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

HND in Hardware and Networking or relevant field
Certification as IT Technicians will be an advantage (e.g CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
Proven experience as IT Technicians or relevant position
Excellent diagnostics and problem solving skills
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Good Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principle
