The successful candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties

JOB DESCRIPTION
Greet and welcome guest as they approach the front desk
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and direct them when/ where appropriate
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Provide information about our services and charges to clients
Take up other duties as assigned
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
Must be excellent at both spoken and written English and a fair knowledge of French language is an advantage
Must always look good and smart
Handle reservation, checking in and checking out, cashiering effectively

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

HND /Degree in office Management or equivalent professional qualification
At least 3 years’ experience in similar role
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem solving skills
Customer service orientated
