Personal Assistants - Secretaries

Manage daily itinerary of Supervising Authority
Fill all documents appropriately with labels
Book appointments for visitors and inform the President/ Vice Presidents timely
Minutes information for documentation at meetings
Receive all letters and keep a correspondence file on each letter
Must be able to handle confidential matters

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

A minimum of first Degree in Business Administration from any accredited University in Ghana or Abroad or HND in Secretaryship or Stenography
At least 3 years’ work experience
A good written and communication skills of the English language.
Office management, secretarial duties, records keeping, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Should be confident, intelligent, honest, and proactive and assertive
