Our client, a technological and medical company is seeking to hire a highly efficient Front Desk Executive to help in their operations in Ghana.


The successful candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties


Greet and welcome guest as they approach the front desk
Answer questions and address complaints
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails
Provide information about the services and products of the organization.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Supervise housekeeping and ensure that all items are fully in the stock.
Monitor office expenses and costs
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Maintain important documents, files and records in an organized manner.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications


Diploma or Degree in Office Management
At least 3 years’ experience in similar role


Proven experience as a front desk executive or similar position
Familiar with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, scanner etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientated
